Small sites beat big plans.
Every product I run started as a weekend build with one job to do. Cheap to keep alive, easy to kill, and honest about whether anyone wants it within a month.

Distribution is the hard part.
Anyone can build the thing now. Owning the audience, the mailing list and the search results is what actually holds. That is where most of my time goes.

Ship, then decide.
I would rather have five live sites teaching me something than one perfect launch plan. Speed is not a personality, it is just how you get more shots on goal.
